Join the Women and Gender Studies (WGS) Program, WGS students, and the QC/CUNY community for a conversation with our four guest speakers. Topics to be considered: women’s labor, work activism and advocacy; the impacts of the global pandemic upon women’s labor and childcare and education; global advocacy for immigrant communities, women, and children; and responses to increases in global domestic violence and organizations devoted to intervention and care. Pre-registered participants will have the opportunity to communicate through a live chat with our esteemed speakers. QC is especially honored and pleased that two of the college’s very own alumni will share their knowledge and experience with our participants!
