Please be reminded of the Fiscal Year 2021 Tax Levy Deadlines (subject to change). The deadlines must be strictly adhered to: May 12, 2021: Is the last day to submit a Requisition/Purchase Order request for FY21. Note: Performers, DJ’s, Speakers, T-Shirts/Hoodies, Equipment, Furniture, or other items that cannot be delivered or rendered by June 15, 2021 will be processed in FY2022. JUNE 15, 2021: Reimbursements of “Out of Pocket” expenses, Vendor payments “invoices” submitted after June 15th will only be processed in the case of an emergency situation after getting prior approval from the QCA Board, dean/vice president of the department.
