Dear Accounting Majors: I previously informed you that Math 131 was in the process of being removed as a prerequisite for Economics 249. We had hoped that that the revised prerequisite of Pre-Calculus would be effective in time for registration for the Fall semester, but apparently it has still not been formally approved. However, we will still register you for any open section of Economics 249 (Statistics) upon proof that you have successfully completed Pre-Calculus (Math 122 or the equivalent). Once registration opens, simply bring the proof with you to our office in PH 215 and we will register you for any open section of Economics 249.
