The payment due dates are established by the University Controller's Office and are based on registration dates. The best I can do for you is suggest you tell your students to, at least, pay the activity fees (full time = $260.85, part time = $198.35) by Dec.31.

We will be canceling for non-payment shortly after that. With this payment, we can eliminate them from the cancel file.
