work on projects to improve the city’s civic, economic and environmental sustainability by working directly with community agencies.<span><o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

<font class="Apple-style-span" face="Calibri"><span>Most Service Corps placements for QC students <b>will last twenty-four weeks over two semesters; students will work an average of 12 hours per week and be paid $12-15 per hour</b>.</span></font></p>

<li><span style="font-size: 16px; ">Students must apply online to participate in the CUNY Service Corps. Applications will open this spring and close on
<b>June 1, 2013</b>. Finalists will be interviewed in June and July, and students who are accepted into the Service Corps will be notified in July or August.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px; "> Eligibility criteria includes: full time status, minimum 24 credits completed, 2.5 min GPA.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Calibri; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; "> All Service Corps members will undergo a training program before their placements begin, most likely in September.
