Welcome! This list is intended for sending mail to all members of QC economics faculty (full-time and adjunct) and full-time staff. Everyone in either of these categories should join this list, and will have the ability to send e-mail to the list. Requests to join go to Angela Hernandez-Spano and Benjamin Cofresi for approval. Please note that there is a separate list for full-time faculty and staff only. Full-time faculty and staff should join both lists. This list provides a simple way to be sure that mass department e-mail goes to the address where you prefer to receive it. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the Econfac Archives. (The current archive is only available to the list members.)
Using Econfac
To post a message to all the list members, send email to econfac@lists.qc.cuny.edu. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Econfac
Subscribe to Econfac by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
